Owing to the Bank Holiday on Monday 27th our warehouse won't be open, so orders placed after 2pm on Friday won't be sent out until Tuesday 28th. We will be checking emails if you need to get in touch. Have a super holiday!

Second Class Royal Mail should be with you on or before Tuesday 11 June. It may be quicker, depending on the volume of mail.
At Party Ark we know how important delivery is, especially when on a deadline, and we take great pride in a first-class service, and keeping our customers fully informed.
For simplicity, and no matter what the size or value of any order is we implement a one time charge per order, even if we have to send a second or separate package. Most orders received before 1:30pm will be boxed and dispatched that day.
We know that many people leave their purchase until the last minute, so to manage your own expectations, if you need your parcel for a specific date, please select our next day service and/or contact Customer Services on 01388 767 877 to advise us of any special requirements.
Royal Mail Delivery
Deliveries made by Royal Mail First and Second Class are pretty reliable and make up the bulk of our dispatches, but can occasionally take a little longer that advertised to be delivered. Deliveries on the First Class service should take two days and no longer than five working days when dispatched from us, and deliveries on the Second Class service should take no longer than ten working days when dispatched from us. If your order has not been delivered within these time-scales please contact us.
We do advise, if your party is less than a week away, to get a next day service, because it does take the worry out of your delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Orders that are required on a next day delivery in the UK must be placed before 1:30pm on the day before delivery is required, because the van comes and picks up at about 2:00pm. We offer two services:
ParcelForce Courier Next Day - Delivery by ParcelForce Monday through to Friday. If ParcelForce are unable to deliver, they will leave you a note and you can pick up your parcel from your nearest Post Office. ParcelForce is not available to Northern Ireland or the Highlands of Scotland and Islands, nor the Isle of Wight. They just can't get there quick enough. Normally not available on Saturday or Sunday: any orders placed on Friday by this service will be delivered the following Monday; but see below for guaranteed Saturday delivery.
Royal Mail Special Next Day - Delivery by Royal Mail Monday through to Saturday by 1:00pm for everywhere except the extremes of Scotland. Note that if you order on a Friday a Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, but usually it will come. See below for guaranteed Saturday delivery. Any orders that are over 2kg and exceeding size restrictions will be sent by our Courier Next Day before 12:00am service.
For both services, if you think you're not going to be in, then it's useful to leave a note on your doorstep saying 'leave in shed' or 'leave with neighbour'.
Saturday Delivery
We can offer a Saturday Delivery on request by Parcel Force, which guarantees delivery on a Saturday within the UK Mainland (Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland excluded). Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch Life size Cardboard Cutouts on this service. This service costs £17.00 and for any parcels that are required before 12am the service costs £20.00. Please be aware that our standard Royal Mail Next Day by 1pm service does not guarantee delivery on a Saturday (although this usually happens) even if we do dispatch your order on the Friday previous, so please contact us before placing your order if you require a Saturday delivery and for any additional information you require. We are closed over the weekend so if you do have any queries regarding your Saturday delivery please contact Parcel Force on 08448 00 44 66 and quote your reference number, which you will receive from us by email once your order has been dispatched.
Restrictions etc.
In the rare event of an item being out of stock we will either send the main package according to your chosen delivery method and the out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as they are back in stock, or we will hold your order until everything is in stock that you have ordered (this only happens if the out of stock items are due back in stock very soon). If there are any problems we will contact you to offer alternatives. As you would expect, out of stock items sent on later do not incur any extra delivery cost.
UK orders containing Helium or Life Size Cardboard Cutouts are delivered by Next Day Courier (you don't pay extra) and will require a signature on delivery. Please contact us if you have and special requirements or need any additional information. Unfortunately, we can not dispatch Life Size Cardboard Cutouts to Northern Ireland or the Highlands of Scotland and Islands (e.g Isle of Wight), because the men with the vans wont let us.
